Late fall breakfasts that will give you energy for the whole day

Here are a few breakfasts for late fall.
Ensuring satiety, blood sugar, and appetite will be easy with them.
- scrambled eggs with spinach and seasonal wild mushrooms, fried with butter, and dark chocolate with nuts afterward
- salted oily fish (herring, for example), sprouts, olives, 2 types of vegetables, kimchi, seeds; grapefruit for a snack
- zucchini spaghetti with shrimp and in olive oil (it will also be a great dinner)
- lazy quail scrambled eggs with broccolini, arugula and hemp seeds and cod liver on top; kiwi for a snack
- zucchini pancakes (2 eggs, zucchini, and a spoonful of almond flour) and pollock/cod caviar; chia pudding with coconut milk afterward
- smoothie bowl with vegan protein, frozen berries, flax, and mint; seeds and coconut on top
- a visit to favorite coffee shop with your loved ones to choose anyting on a day off and a walk in the park
