Thin and flavorful yeast-based pancakes

Thin yeast-based pancakes are just as delicate and even more delicious than regular ones!
Ingredients:
- 500 g of warm milk
- 15-20 g of yeast
- 210 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 40 g of vegetable oil
Let's start cooking!
Add sugar and yeast to half of the slightly warm milk, mix with a whisk and let it stand for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir to get a sour cream-like consistency.
To avoid lumps, do it in two stages.
Then add the second part of milk, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix, cover with a towel, and put it in a warm place for 30-45 minutes so that the mixture "rises" very well!
Next, heat a frying pan and use a napkin to grease it with oil.
Spoon the dough very carefully, without stirring.
Spread over the pan.
Cook over medium heat.
When one side is ready, turn the pancake over.
The oil in the middle of the batter helps to grease the pan for the next pancake.
They are best eaten hot with favorite jam.
