These cakes will definitely become your favorite dessert. They are not only delicious, but also easy to prepare!

For the dough:

- Butter - 75 g;

- Water - 250 ml;

- Flour - 125 g;

- Eggs - 2-3 pcs;

- A pinch of salt.

For praline:

- Sugar - 100 g;

- Nuts - 100 g.

For the custard:

- Milk - 300 ml;

- Egg - 1 pc;

- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp.

For decoration:

- Dark chocolate.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix butter, salt and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil.

2. Add flour and stir. Let cool and then stir in the beaten eggs.

3. Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and squeeze on a baking sheet.

4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes, and then another 15-20 minutes at 170°C. After baking, leave in the oven for 10 minutes.

5. Melt sugar in a dry frying pan until caramelized, add nuts, and mix.

6. Put the mixture on parchment, let it cool, and then grind into a paste in a blender.

7. Heat the milk until steaming.

8. Separately, mix the egg with starch and pour in a thin stream of hot milk, stirring constantly.

9. Brew the cream until thick, add the praline, and stir.

10. Fill the cakes with the cream and pour melted dark chocolate over.
