Potatoes are incredibly tasty no matter how they are cooked, and both adults and children love them. So, get together with the whole family and cook light and tasty dishes.

Add bright notes to your dishes with aromatic herb oil. For this dish, the best addition will be the one with basil, oregano, and rosemary.

5 large potatoes

300 g of mushrooms

1 piece of onion

Fragrant oil with basil, oregano, and rosemary

Salt, pepper - to taste

100 ml of cream (fat content - 15-20%)

100 g of hard cheese

Wash the potatoes and pat them dry. Coat them with oil, wrap in foil, and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until tender.

Prepare the filling: fry the onion in oil, add finely chopped mushrooms, and salt and pepper to taste. When the mushrooms are ready, add cream and heat through.

When the potatoes have cooled, cut off 1/3 of them to make holes.

Use a spoon to remove the core, put the mushroom filling in each, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 200 degrees until the cheese is melted.
