Delicious and healthy banana breakfast

Sugar- and gluten-free pancakes full of protein!
Ingredients:
150 g of bananas (≈ 2 pieces)
1 large egg
30 g of chocolate protein
30 g of oat flour
3 g of baking powder
Cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
Preparation:
Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
Beat the oatmeal in a blender.
Add the egg, oatmeal flour, cinnamon, baking powder and chocolate protein to the bananas. Stir to combine.
Heat a frying pan lightly and add any vegetable oil (coconut oil will be delicious).
Spoon the mixture and fry over low heat on both sides until cooked (around 2 minutes)!
Serve with honey or maple syrup. Or:
100 g of frozen cherries
1 teaspoon of honey
2 g of starch
Mix everything, bring to a boil, and boil for a minute.
It will also be great to add yogurt or any homemade jam!
You can try cooking without eggs - in this case, you need a little more protein or oat flour.
To make the aroma and sweet taste of bananas more pronounced, you can freeze them beforehand and use them thawed.
