Ingredients:

- Carrots - 1 kg;

- Sunflower oil - 100-200 ml;

- Vinegar - 50 g;

- Ground coriander - 1 tbsp;

- Salt - 1 tsp;

- Sugar - 1 tsp;

- Dry chili - 1/2 tsp;

- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the carrots on a special grater for Korean carrots. Grate the garlic on a regular grater on top.

2. Heat oil with spices and vinegar.

3. Pour over the carrots, cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

4. Transfer to slider bags and store in the refrigerator.
