Phyllo pie with cheese and spinach

The perfect baking option for any occasion.

Ingredients:

- Phyllo dough - 1 pack;

- Cottage cheese - 250 g;

- Hard cheese - 100 g;

- Spinach - 100 g;

- Egg - 1 pc.

For the filling:

- Eggs - 2 pcs;

- Sour cream - 100 ml;

- Milk - 100 ml.

For the sauce:

- A mixture of butter and oil.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, hard cheese and spinach. Season with spices to taste. Add the egg and mix.

2. Mix all the ingredients for the filling with a whisk.

3. Make 4-5 layers of phyllo dough, greasing each one with oil.

4. Put the filling inside and form a bagel.

5. Put in a mold covered with parchment.

6. Pour the sauce over and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7. Bake at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
