1. Overloading
Our muscles grow and improve, get stronger and draw a beautiful shape not when we work out, but when we rest afterward, so it's important to have an organized training plan that doesn't require tremendous efforts every day. This is a direct way to disappointment.
2. Incorrect technique
Any exercise is effective when performed with the right amplitude and the joints move naturally. If you perform exercises without it, the result will not be visible and injuries may occur.
3. Absence of proper nutrition
This is demotivating because you won't see the desired result. Food is necessary and will affect weight loss, elasticity, skin condition, and weight gain, while training is great for the development of good posture, flexibility, strength, relief, strong bones and a "fresh" mental state.
