Not everyone loves soups, but these ones are just perfect.

They are also not the best option as you have to grind different foods with teeth, saturate them with saliva and enzymes. Drinking or just swallowing is not healthy. That's why these soups are almost never liquid, and if it's creamy, there will definitely be seeds, daikon or other vegetables, seaweed, etc. on top.

Ramen

Ramen is about broth. If you're lazy, go for ramen at a cool place. If cooked for a long time, it turns out flavorful.

Borscht

An easy way to enjoy rich bone broth, a bunch of root vegetables, cabbage, and lard.

Tom yum

Not complicated, but multi-component. You need an extensive shopping list. If you skip a small thing like lime juice or fish sauce, you won't get that taste. Thai cuisine is considered one of the most delicious

Cream

Any seasonal one. For example, with green peas, roasted garlic (lots of it), celery stalks, and smoked salt

Broth

Free additional collagen, hyaluron, chondroitin, l-glutamine, l-lysine to save on dietary supplements. Broths are great for saturating, because protein is a must.

Miso

With light or dark miso paste, 3-7 types of mushrooms, seaweed, and sometimes tofu.

Lentil

With salted lemons and olives or lamb.

Curry

With pollock and cashews.
