Salmon in ginger and soy sauce

This dish is for those who love fish.
Sometimes you just want to add salt, oil, a little lemon... and sometimes, your imagination wakes up and you want to play with different flavors! .
And to diversify the flavors in the usual dishes for every day, use vegetable oil mix. It is not only tasty, but also healthy, as it consists of different oils.
Salmon with sauce
for 4 servings
600 g of salmon fillet
Sauce for the fish:
50 g of honey
40 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml of soy sauce
20 g of grated ginger root
20 ml of lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
Finely chop the garlic and grate the ginger on a fine grater.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
Cut the fish into 150 g pieces, place on parchment and bake at 180C for 10 minutes.
Then pour the sauce over the fish and bake for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped green onions, chili peppers and sesame seeds.
