Salad in pita bread: an interesting idea

Why do you need extra plates when you can eat the base?
Pita bread can replace both bread and a plate, and adds a light crunch to the dish. It looks spectacular, holds the stuffing well, and, most importantly, is very tasty.
Ingredients:
- Pita bread - 2 sheets;
- Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs;
- Mayonnaise, ketchup - 2 tbsp each;
- Dry garlic - 1 tsp;
- Paprika - 1 tsp;
- Salt - to taste;
- Minced meat - 300 g;
- Pepper mix- to taste;
- Cheese - 100 g;
- Basil, cilantro (fresh).
Method of preparation:
1. Put the pita bread into deep bowls to form it into the shape of the bowls. Bake at 180°C for 5-7 minutes until the pita bread is slightly dry and crispy.
2. Dice the cucumbers. Mix with mayonnaise, ketchup, dry garlic, paprika and salt.
3. Fry the minced meat over medium heat and add the spice mixture.
4. Layer minced meat, sauce, and grated cheese on top of pita bread. Garnish with basil and cilantro.
