No flour - just juicy filling and meat. It's quick to prepare and tastes amazing.
For the filling:
- Bacon or pancetta - 100 g;
- Leek - 20 g;
- Onions - 1 pc;
- Red onion - 1 pc;
- Cheese - 100 g.
For the "dough":
- Minced meat - 300 g;
- Chicken fillet - 200 g;
- Salt - 1 tsp;
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
For baking:
- Oil - 1 tbsp;
- Cheese (grated) - 50 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Chop all kinds of onions and grate cheese. Mix everything together.
2. Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper. Knead well to get a homogeneous mass.
3. Take a portion of the meat mass and roll it out into a thin layer on the parchment. Put a little of the filling in the middle of the layer and gently roll up the edges to form a "cheburek".
4. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lightly brush them with oil and sprinkle with grated cheese.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
