RecipesChicken with tomatoes and olives

Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks - 4 pcs.
Spices: salt, pepper, barbecue seasoning - to taste
Paprika and chili flakes, oregano - to taste
Olives - 100 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Bell pepper (yellow and red) - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Fresh parsley and basil - a pinch each
Ketchup - 100 g
Tomatoes in their own juice - 200 ml
Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
Sunflower oil - 50 g
Preparation:
1. Rub the drumsticks spices and fry in oil until golden brown. Remove.
2. Cut the vegetables into large pieces and fry them in the same pan.
3. Add oregano, garlic, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes in their own juice, ketchup, salt and pepper to the pan.
4. Return the drumsticks, add olives and simmer for 15 minutes.
