Nutritious and delicious chicken cutlets

Today we are going to cook a delicious and healthy dish - juicy no-fry chicken cutlets with zucchini. Children will love them.
Chicken cutlets with zucchini
500 g of minced chicken
1 kg of zucchini (2 pcs)
300 g of onions (2-3 pcs)
50 g of egg (1 pc)
salt (to taste)
50 g flour (2 tbsp)
dill
100 g of loaf (center)
Preparation:
Peel the zucchini and grate it on a fine grater. Squeeze out the excess liquid and put the flesh in a bowl.
Grate the onion on a fine grater and add it to the zucchini.
Add the chopped dill and the loaf. Stir so that the bread absorbs the moisture.
Add the egg and minced meat. Mix again.
Add salt and flour and mix.
Moisten your hands with water, form cutlets and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Bake at 190 degrees (bottom with convection or bottom-top with convection settings) for 15-20 minutes.
This amount of ingredients makes 20-25 cutlets.
