Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g of potatoes
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 egg
Salt - to taste
Filling:
200 g of champignons (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
Vegetable oil - for frying
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes and mash them.
- Add starch, egg and salt, and knead well until smooth.
- Fry the mushrooms and onions in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown, and add salt.
- Pinch off pieces of potato dough, form round cakes, put the filling inside and make round pies.
Fry the pies in the same oil as the mushrooms until golden brown.
Serve hot with sour cream and garnish with fresh dill and fried mushrooms.
Will make a delicious dinner!
