Thus, I'm sharing a recipe for the perfect side dish with a flavorful, crispy crust that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

- Potatoes;

- Oil;

- Salt, pepper;

- Dill;

- Garlic.

Preparation:

1. Peel, boil and drain the potatoes.

2. Pour oil into a mold and bake it until it boils.

3. Put the potatoes in the hot oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Chop dill and garlic, mix with oil and pour over the potatoes.
