Korean pancakes: an easy snack

Many love Korean carrots as the combination of spices is simply unsurpassed! Here is how to prepare Korean pancakes.
For 8-9 pieces:
- some cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- half of a zucchini
- 6-7 mushrooms
Batter:
- 100 g flour
- 50 g of corn starch
- about 200 g of water
- a pack of spices for Korean carrots
- a pinch of salt
The preparation is quite easy:
Cut all the vegetables into strips. By the way, you can experiment here - choose red cabbage, different colors of peppers and onions, change mushrooms or add something of your own!
Mix flour and starch, add spices for Korean carrots, salt, water, and stir the batter. It should be about as thick as usual pancake batter, but maybe a little thinner. You can add sesame seeds if you like.
Add all the vegetables and mix everything well. Fry the vegetable pancakes in regular vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until a nice color and the vegetables are slightly cooked.
You can also mix a little soy sauce, sweet chili, add roasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantr to dip the pancakes in the sauce!
