For the base:

- Vegetable oil - 140 ml

- Eggs - 2 pcs.

- Cane sugar - 200 g

- Grated carrots - 300 g

- Flour - 180 g

- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.

- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.

- Salt

- Pineapple

- Raisins

- Nuts

For the glaze:

- Cream cheese - 250 g

- Powdered sugar - 275 g

Cook the base. Check if it's ready with a toothpick.

Let the dough cool completely and only then top with the glaze.
