Mexican mini burgers: a great option for parties

This mix of tradition and modernity will become a favorite dish for those who like to combine convenience and bright taste.
Ingredients:
- Burger buns - 6 pcs;
- Mozzarella cheese - 300 g;
- Chicken thigh - 700 g;
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp;
- Smoked paprika - 1 tsp;
- Teriyaki sauce - 2 tbsp;
- Red onion - 1 pc;
- Bell pepper - 1 pc;
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp;
- Paprika - 1 tsp;
- Green onions - 2 arrows;
- Butter - 20 g;
- Mayonnaise, ketchup.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and sriracha.
2. Boil the chicken thigh until tender. When the water is 2 cm high, add soy and teriyaki sauces and smoked paprika. Simmer over low heat.
3. Use a fork to shred the meat.
4. Fry onions and peppers in a frying pan, add meat and sour cream. Stir and add spices to taste.
5. Cut the buns in half and fry in a dry frying pan.
6. Layer the burgers: bun, sauce, meat filling, cheese, green onions, sauce, and bun.
7. Smear with butter.
8. Bake at 200° for 10-12 minutes.
