How to prepare quick and tasty no-bake honey cake

Making this cake is not only about a delicious result, but also about a convenient process

Cakes: (for a cake with a diameter of 21 cm):

- Honey - 150 g;

- Baking soda - ½ tsp;

- Butter - 80 g;

- Sugar - 100 g;

- Eggs - 110 g;

- Flour - 500-600 g.

Cream:

- Fat sour cream - 700 g;

- Fat cream - 350 g;

- Powdered sugar - 150 g;

- Lemon juice - optional.

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the honey until it turns a bright caramel color. When it starts to hiss, add baking soda and boil.

2. Stir in the butter.

3. Beat eggs with sugar.

4. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the warm honey-butter mixture.

5. Add flour and knead soft dough. Divide it into pieces.

6. Roll out and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown.

7. Whisk sour cream, cream and powdered sugar.

8. Add lemon juice if desired. Mix well.

9. Layer the cake, spreading cream on the cakes.
