You will need:
Thigh fillet - 600 g
Zucchini - 100 g
Sweet peppers - 100 g
Chili peppers - 50 g
Onions - 100 g
Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
Ginger - 50 g
Unagi sauce - 50 g
Garlic - 20 g
Mix unagi sauce with BBQ sauce (50 g)
Fry everything one by one, add the sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and add cilantro to taste.
