How to remove fat from a frying pan

It is important to know how to deal with stubborn grease and soot that accumulates in pans. UAportal has learned about simple but effective methods that will definitely help.
Baking soda
Pour a large amount of baking soda onto the dirty area of the pan and then use a damp cloth or sponge to scrape off the grease and grime. The baking soda has an abrasive texture that helps remove stubborn residue without damaging the surface. After cleaning, rinse the pan thoroughly with water and dry it with a clean towel.
Soaking in vinegar
Fill the pan with equal parts water and vinegar and leave it for 30 minutes. The acidic nature of the vinegar helps loosen the carbon, making it easier to remove. After soaking, clean the pan with a non-abrasive sponge and dishwashing detergent to remove any remaining scale.
Lemon juice
Squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon onto the affected areas of the pan and leave for a few minutes. Lemon juice breaks down grease and soot, making it easier to clean.
Potato and salt scrub
Cut a potato in half, dip it in salt, and then wipe it over the dirty areas of the pan. The natural abrasiveness of the salt, combined with the moisture and texture of the potato, will help remove any remaining carbon deposits. After cleaning, rinse the pan with water and dry it completely.
