You can easily whiten socks without using chemicals. UAportal has prepared three life hacks that will help with this.

Lemon juice

For many, it may be surprising that you can naturally whiten dirty socks using a combination of lemon juice and sunlight. An equal mixture of lemon juice and water should be sprayed on the stains on your socks.

Then they should be placed in direct sunlight for several hours so that the acid and ultraviolet light work together to whiten the stains. Once dry, wash the socks as usual.

Naking soda

Another effective method for whitening dirty socks is to soak them in a solution of water and baking soda. Mix 4 cups of water with 1 cup of baking soda. Then soak your socks for several hours or overnight. Afterwards, you can wash them as usual.

Hydrogen peroxide

Hydrogen peroxide can be a powerful tool for whitening socks. Simply apply a small amount of the solution directly to the stain and leave it on for 5-10 minutes before washing your socks as usual. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down stains and brightens the fabric, making your socks look like new.
