UAportal has prepared proven solutions for descaling your iron quickly and easily. These methods will help your iron work like new.

Vinegar

The solution is prepared by mixing equal parts of water and white vinegar in a spray bottle. It should then be sprayed onto the iron plate, left on for a few minutes, and wiped with a clean cloth to remove any deposits.

After that, fill the iron with water and turn on the maximum steam power. This will help to get rid of the residual solution in the holes.

Baking soda

First, mix a small amount of water with baking soda to form a paste. Then apply it to the surface of the iron.

Use a soft cloth to gently clean off any plaque and carbon deposits and wipe the plate with a damp cloth to remove any remaining paste. After that, run the iron over the cloth to make sure all residue is completely removed.

Lemon juice

To perform this method, you need to cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice into a bowl. Then dip a cloth in the liquid and wipe the iron plate with it.

After that, leave the lemon juice on for a few minutes and then wipe the plate with a damp cloth. Finally, you should fill the iron with water and heat it at maximum heat to remove any lemon juice residue from the holes.
