If stored properly, greens can stay fresh for a long period of time. UAportal has prepared tips to help you with this.

Leafy greens

For long-term storage of this plant, you must first wash it thoroughly and then dry it completely with a salad bowl or paper towels. After the greens are dry, they should be wrapped in a damp paper towel and placed in a resealable plastic bag.

The bag should be stored in the bottom drawer of the refrigerator. This method helps to preserve the freshness of the leaves for a longer period.

Spinach

It is best to store spinach unpeeled until you need it. Put unwashed spinach in a plastic or glass container and cover with a paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Then close the container and store it in the refrigerator.

Cabbage

If stored properly, cabbage can remain good for up to 50 days. After thoroughly washing and drying, it should be wrapped in a dry paper towel and stored in a resealable plastic bag in the refrigerator. Before closing the bag, remove any excess air from it.
