Homemade bread on water: a delicious recipe

Homemade bread becomes even more special when we use quality ingredients.

Ingredients:

• Flour — 500 g;

• Live yeast — 30 g;

• Sugar — 1 tsp;

• Salt — 1 tsp;

• Bon Boisson water — 350 ml.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, and yeast.

2. Pour warm water (about 35°).

3. Knead the sticky dough. Leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

4. After that, shape the bread and put it in the mold.

5. Put it in the oven at 220° for 10 minutes, and then lower the temperature to 170° and bake until done.
