Trees that should not be planted near the house: what you should know

Did you know that not all trees can be planted near the house? UAportal told you that our ancestors, based on their own experience, insisted on avoiding certain plants near the house.
Oak
One of these trees was the oak. People believed that this majestic tree radiated negative energy that could potentially harm human health and even lead to death.
Pine and spruce
According to an ancient sign, planting a pine or spruce near your house portended a gloomy fate. This belief implied that as soon as the tree grows to the height of the person who planted it, that person will meet his or her death.
Given the slow growth rate of trees and the shorter life expectancy that prevailed in ancient times, this belief made some sense. In addition, our ancestors associated the planting of spruce or pine with crop failure, which served as a significant deterrent to growing these species near their homes.
Birch
The slender and elegant birch tree acted as a magnet, not only attracting the eyes of admirers but also otherworldly evil forces. To ward off these spirits, our ancestors planted birch trees behind the fence or in close proximity to the gate. This placement was intended to limit the influence of spirits from the outside, ensuring safety inside the house.
