Dishes play an important role in every family, as they are an indispensable tool in the kitchen. Interestingly, it is associated with many superstitions and signs that are passed down from generation to generation. UAportal told you that there are two particularly popular superstitions associated with dishes.

Empty plates

Just imagine – with the approach of various holidays, we often receive wonderful sets of dishes as gifts. Sometimes we can't help but buy wonderful tea and coffee sets ourselves. The appearance of these beautiful items undoubtedly increases the aesthetic appeal of our kitchen, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

However, it is important to understand that such dishes are not intended solely for display. If your family doesn't often host tea parties or social gatherings that require the use of these exquisite sets, it is considered better to pass them on to someone who truly appreciates them.

The reason lies in the belief that such dishes should always be in use and emphasize their purpose. Any negligence in the use of these luxurious items can negatively affect the physical and emotional state of the inhabitants of the house.

Defects

Since childhood, we have been warned that we should not eat or drink from dishes that have chips and cracks. We were convinced that using it could lead to unhappiness and failure in our lives.

However, it is important to understand that this rule applies not only to visible chips and cracks. Any form of defect should be avoided when using cookware.

For example, you should not use products with faded or faded patterns. The idea behind this superstition is to maintain a pristine and harmonious dining experience, free of any negative energy.
