How to save dried mascara: beauty life hacks

Sometimes when you're about to put on makeup, you may suddenly discover that your mascara has dried. UAportal has shared three ways to help restore it.

Eye drops

One way to restore dried mascara is to add eye drops. Pour a little into the tube and shake. Add more if necessary.

Boiling water

Dip the closed tube into a cup of hot water and leave it for 5-10 minutes. The wax in the mascara will soften and you can use it again.

Makeup remover or facial toner

If your mascara is dry, try adding a few drops of makeup remover or facial toner. Be sure to check for alcohol in the composition.
