Peach cheesecake: a delicate dessert with an unsurpassed taste

Here is a delicate dessert that looks very impressive and tastes unsurpassed.
Shortcrust pastry base:
- Wheat flour - 240 g;
- Butter - 90 g;
- Powdered sugar - 100 g;
- Egg - 1 pc;
- Salt - 2 pinches.
For the crumble:
- Flour - 50 g;
- Cane sugar - 40 g;
- Butter - 35 g.
For a 16 cm pan:
- Cream cheese - 400 g;
- Sugar - 100 g;
- Sour cream - 40 g;
- Vanilla sugar;
- Chicken egg - 1 pc;
- Peaches.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt in a food processor. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
2. Form a cheesecake base and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove.
By the way, the leftover dough can be used to make cookies.
3. Cut the peach into slices.
4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar and eggs until smooth.
5. Pour ½ of the curd base onto the lightly baked base. Next, add a layer of peaches and pour the rest of the curd base. Top with crumble.
6. Bake at 160° until the cheesecake shakes. Let cool in the oven.
Serve cooled.
