Apple pancakes: the perfect dessert for breakfast

Today we are going to make fragrant, delicate, golden apple pancakes. This is a true delight for those who love the combination of tender dough and juicy fruit flavors.

Apple pancakes
100 g of eggs (2 pcs)
500 ml of milk
30 ml of vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
3 g of salt (3/5 tsp)
30 g sugar (2 tbsp)
200 g flour (10 tbsp)
2 large apples
Preparation:
Combine eggs, sugar, half the milk, salt, vegetable oil, and flour in a large bowl. Mix with a whisk or an immersion blender.
Add the remaining part of the milk and mix again.
Peel the apples, grate them on a fine grater, and add them to the batter. Stir and you're ready to fry the pancakes.
Grease a frying pan with a thin layer of oil and spoon some of the batter. When the pancake becomes matte, turn over and fry until golden brown.
Put on a plate and brush with butter. You can also sprinkle cane sugar on top.
This amount of ingredients makes 9 pancakes.
