Ingredients:
- Eggs - 1 pc
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Flour - 50 g
- Oil - 5 ml
- Milk - 125 ml
- Minced chicken - 200 g
- Onion - 1/2 pc
- Salt/pepper to taste
1. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, oil and milk with a whisk.
2. Add flour and mix thoroughly with a whisk, breaking up any lumps.
3. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes for 30 seconds on each side.
4. Mix the minced meat with onion and spices.
5. Divide the pancake in half, fold one side, put 1 tbsp of minced meat on top and fold into a triangle.
6. Fry in butter on each side for 6-8 minutes.
7. Serve with sour cream and greens.
