Golden brown and tasty - the whole family will love them!
Ingredients:
150 g of milk
150 g of water
24 g of fresh yeast (8 if dry)
70 g of sugar
100 g of flour
1 egg
400-430 g of flour
5 g of salt
40 g of oil or warm butter
greens, garlic
1 egg yolk for greasing!

Mix water and milk and heat up a little. It is very important that the temperature is no higher than 38 degrees. Add sugar, yeast and some flour, mix and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes, covered with a towel.
- Add the egg and the rest of the flour, knead the dough and let it rise.
- Add vegetable oil to the dough, divide into pieces of about 60 grams, form them into balls, put them in a greased mold and put them back in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
- Dilute the yolk a little with water, add a pinch of sugar and grease the top of the risen buns well
- Bake at 185 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown!
- Immediately top them with chopped greens with garlic, oil, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of water
