The bakery told us about the best way to store bread

Improper storage of bread at home can lead to unwanted mold spots or rapid staling. However, professional bakers have a tip to help avoid this.

Madelyn Bakery assures that freezing bread is the best way to keep a loaf fresh for as long as possible. This was reported by Express.co.uk.

You can put wax paper between slices of bread before freezing. This will make it easier to take out the right amount.

The best way to thaw a whole frozen loaf is to refrigerate it overnight. If you leave the bread on the counter to defrost, there is a risk that it will get soggy.

Alternatively, frozen bread can be baked directly from the freezer in an oven at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

However, if you don't like the idea of freezing, just take the bread out of the plastic bag and put it in paper. Storing bread in plastic can promote mold growth.
