Dinner in 15 minutes: tuna pasta recipe
A tasty and nutritious dish

Pasta with tuna and tomatoes is a simple yet tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared in 15 minutes. It requires only a few ingredients that can be found in any supermarket.

This pasta is great to serve for dinner because it doesn't take much time to prepare. It has a spicy taste and will appeal to fish lovers. The recipe was shared by the Shuba portal.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of pasta
  • 370 g of canned tuna in its own juice
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 70 g of olives
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 10 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

  1. Preparation of the sauce. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in olive oil. Add the peeled and sliced garlic. Fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the cherry tomatoes, halved, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cooking pasta. Pour 10 cups of water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. Pour in the pasta and cook until al dente (1-2 minutes less than indicated on the package).
  3. Mix the ingredients. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander. Immediately return them to the pan, pour in the tomato and garlic sauce. Add canned tuna without juice (oil) and chopped parsley. Mix gently.
  4. Serving. Put the tuna pasta on plates, add a few olives, and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
