Dinner in 15 minutes: tuna pasta recipe
Pasta with tuna and tomatoes is a simple yet tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared in 15 minutes. It requires only a few ingredients that can be found in any supermarket.
This pasta is great to serve for dinner because it doesn't take much time to prepare. It has a spicy taste and will appeal to fish lovers. The recipe was shared by the Shuba portal.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of pasta
- 370 g of canned tuna in its own juice
- 200 g of cherry tomatoes
- 70 g of olives
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 10 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation:
- Preparation of the sauce. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour in olive oil. Add the peeled and sliced garlic. Fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the cherry tomatoes, halved, salt, and pepper.
- Cooking pasta. Pour 10 cups of water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. Pour in the pasta and cook until al dente (1-2 minutes less than indicated on the package).
- Mix the ingredients. Drain the cooked pasta in a colander. Immediately return them to the pan, pour in the tomato and garlic sauce. Add canned tuna without juice (oil) and chopped parsley. Mix gently.
- Serving. Put the tuna pasta on plates, add a few olives, and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve immediately.
