  • 0.5 tablespoon of ginger
  • 0.5 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1/6 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 0.5 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey


  1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. When the water boils, reduce the heat, add cinnamon and ginger to the pot.
  3. Then add turmeric and cardamom and mix well.
  4. Boil the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Then remove from heat and add honey.
