Experts tell how to store cheese to prevent mold growth

Cheese can be stored for much longer and does not mold for a long time if it is stored properly. All you need to do is follow a cheap and easy tip.
Experts advise not to store cheese in cling film in the first place. But white vinegar can also be used to increase the shelf life, according to Express.co.uk.
Wrap the cheese in a kitchen towel slightly moistened with vinegar and place it in an airtight container. Thanks to the white vinegar, the cheese will not become moldy for weeks.

Experts also recommend using vegetable boxes to store cheese. Vegetable boxes have a balanced humidity, and this area is likely to maintain a constant temperature.
In addition, cheese should be stored away from the back of the refrigerator where it can potentially freeze. If you choose to freeze your cheese, wrap it in baking parchment, place it in an airtight container, and use it within six months.
