An unexpected method of cleaning the toilet bowl from limescale

Toilets can quickly develop limescale stains. One cleaner believes she has found the perfect way to prevent this from happening.

Limescale likes to cling to white toilets, which eventually leads to an unsightly discoloration of the porcelain. Jen Needham shared her best tips for removing and preventing limescale from forming in toilets, according to Express.co.uk.

Many cleaners like the combination of white vinegar and baking soda to solve this problem. However, Jen claims that the best way to remove limescale is to use pumice stone.

She advises removing water from the bottom of the toilet by pushing it out with a brush. Then gently walk over the traces of limescale with a pumice stone, and it will perfectly wipe them off.

Thanks to its unique porous structure, pumice stone is perfect for removing toilet limescale.
