Try it for dinner: how to cook Chinese chicken

Do you like Asian cuisine? Then you will definitely like this Chinese chicken recipe. It is a quick and tasty dish that is perfect for dinner.
The dish is prepared according to the recipe from the Shuba website very quickly, in less than 20 minutes, if you do not count the marinating time. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little water and boil.

You will need:
- For the chicken:
- 700 g of chicken fillet (or thighs)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 carrot
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 20 g of ginger
- 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. l. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- Sunflower oil
- For the sauce:
- 60 g soy sauce
- 25 g of rice vinegar
- 120 ml of water
- 45 g of sugar
- 20 g of corn starch
- 10 g of sesame oil
- 20 g of peanut butter
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken into pieces, and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Leave in the refrigerator for 1-12 hours.
- Finely chop the garlic, chili, and ginger. Cut carrots and peppers into strips.
- Fry the bell pepper in a frying pan until dark brown. Transfer to a plate. Fry the carrots, add garlic, chili, and ginger. Remove from the heat.
- In the same pan, fry the chicken until golden brown. Add carrots, garlic, chili, ginger, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce and pour into the pan. Stir constantly and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
