Candied orange is a delicious and healthy dessert that you can make at home. They are ideal for decorating cakes, pastries, and other desserts and can also be used as an ingredient for baking.

Ingredients

  • Oranges - 4 pcs.
  • Sugar - 200 g

Preparation

  1. Wash the oranges thoroughly and cut them in half. Cut them into half rings about 5 mm thick.
  2. Roll the orange slices in sugar on both sides.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and place the candied oranges on it.
  4. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 100 degrees Celsius and dry the oranges for 2 hours.
