More tender and tastier than usual: How to cook pork with banana

Pork is an integral part of many holiday tables, but what happens when you add just one fruit to this traditional recipe?
The taste of the dish will change for the better. This interesting gastronomic experiment was shared in the Telegraph. This kind of pork is usually cooked for Easter.
Ingredients:
- Pork - 1.5 kg;
- Banana - 1 pc;
- Mustard, salt, garlic, pepper, spices - to taste;
- Olive oil.
Instructions:
- Wash the meat well, remove any streaks, and dry it with paper towels. Mix salt and pepper and rub the meat.
- Mix the garlic and mustard, and add a little soy sauce. Using a cooking brush, coat the pork with this sauce.
- Put the meat in a baking bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for a day.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.
- Wash the banana, eat the center, and place the peel on the bottom of the baking dish with the white side up and the meat on top.
- Close the lid and bake the pork for 50 minutes at 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and open the lid. Remove the banana peel and finish baking the meat until the top is crispy.
