We're doing it wrong: an experienced chef tells us how to make an omelet

Famous chef Jamie Oliver said that neither milk nor cream is needed to make a fluffy and delicious omelet. The main thing, he said, is to beat the eggs well in a bowl with a little salt.
"Some people add milk, some people add cream, but if you cook it right, you don't need any of that," the chef said.
According to his recipe, the eggs should be beaten until smooth, salted to your liking, and poured into a frying pan heated with butter. Then you need to quickly stir the omelet with a spatula so that it does not stick to the pan. Oliver advises to prevent the eggs from overcooking, and to do this, simply move the pan to the side from time to time.
"The result is delicious English eggs – soft, luxurious, tender," the chef assured.
