Sometimes it happens that the garlic you have stored begins to dry out or rot. But don't rush to throw it away.

You need to peel all the garlic cloves. After that, you shouldn't wash them, as Pixel recommends.

If you find dark spots or traces of mold while peeling, you should cut them off with a knife. After that, slice the remaining garlic and place it on a plate covered with parchment.

The garlic should be left to dry in a well-ventilated place. Flip the garlic slices every 2 days. The drying process will take 10-14 days. After that, grind them in a coffee grinder.

Using this simple method, you will obtain a natural seasoning that can be used for cooking. It will be flavorful and healthy.
