How to make the perfect minced meat without using a meat grinder: tricks from experienced chefs

If you don't have a meat grinder, you shouldn't give up cooking your favorite dishes, such as cutlets, dumplings, or homemade sausages. There are other methods of grinding meat that are simple and affordable.

Using a blender
Cut the meat into small pieces, the smaller the better. Put it in a blender. Blend the meat until smooth.

Mince with a knife
