In the video, the blogger demonstrates that her pants don't fasten, but she has a little trick that always helps in this situation. All you need is a spray bottle, hot water, and a little fabric softener.

All the ingredients should be mixed in a spray bottle and shaken thoroughly to get a homogeneous liquid. Then spray the product on the narrowest areas of your jeans. Do not wait until the fabric is completely dry before putting on your jeans. If some areas are not stretched enough, you can spray the conditioner directly on yourself.
This simple trick will help make your jeans bigger and more comfortable to wear.
