Breakfast is a special meal that we often want to be not only delicious, but also filling and quick to prepare. One of the favorite breakfast options among many is a fluffy omelet. If you have already tried many recipes and are looking for something new, we suggest you try a cheese omelet.

Together with the Today portal, we will share a recipe for a cheese omelet that will undoubtedly surprise you with its flavorfulness. There are many ways to make it, but we suggest you try this one – it's light, simple, and can be supplemented with your favorite vegetables. Instead of regular oil, we'll use butter, which will give the omelet a unique flavor.

For this recipe, it is better to choose soft cheese in briquettes, or grainy cheese that can be easily grated through a sieve or chopped with a blender. It is also important to keep the eggs at room temperature for half an hour before making the omelet.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • Vegetable oil
  • Paprika, salt, ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the greens.
  2. Beat eggs in a deep bowl. Add the spices and cheese, mix thoroughly until the mixture looks like liquid sour cream.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil, pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Then turn the omelet over and fry until golden brown.
