How to cook red fish in a creamy sauce: a healthy recipe

This dish combines exquisite flavor with the benefits of fresh ingredients. Red fish, spinach, and tomatoes are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are so necessary for our body.
This recipe from the Meta website is only a base, you can change and supplement it to your liking. Try using other fish or vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of red fish (salmon, trout, pink salmon);
- 150 ml of cream (10-20% fat);
- 200 g of tomatoes;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- Spinach (frozen or fresh);
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- Vegetable oil.
Preparation:
- Heat a frying pan with oil. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
- In the same pan, fry the chopped garlic for 30 seconds. Add the diced tomatoes and a piece of butter. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the spinach and simmer until it wilts.
- Pour in the cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Put the fish in the pan with the sauce. Simmer everything together over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
