How to shine your stainless steel cutlery: budget-friendly products will help

Every kitchen usually has stainless steel cutlery. From time to time, they need to be thoroughly cleaned to keep them in good condition and looking attractive.
To keep stainless steel appliances clean, you don't have to spend money on specialized products, Telegraf writes. You can simply use affordable products that can be found in any home.
How to clean cutlery with your own hands
Washing solution made from baking soda and salt
Take one liter of water at room temperature and dissolve one tablespoon of table salt and baking soda in it. Mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. Put a piece of foil in a large saucepan, pour the prepared solution, and place the cutlery in it. Put it on the fire, wait for it to simmer, and boil over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Then, turn off the stove and let the solution cool to room temperature. Remove the appliances and rinse them under running water.
Toothpaste and toothbrush
Fill a bowl with warm water and immerse the cutlery in it. Take a toothbrush, apply toothpaste, and scrub each item thoroughly. After cleaning, rinse the cutlery under running water to wash off any remaining paste.
Using raw potatoes
Cut a raw potato in half and use it to rub the cutlery. Then rinse them under running water. You can also make a decoction of the washed potato peel and immerse the cutlery in it for 25-30 minutes, and then rinse with water.
Lemon juice and woolen cloth
Sprinkle freshly squeezed lemon juice on your cutlery and then wipe it with a piece of woolen cloth. This cleaning will give your cutlery an extra shine.
