How to quickly peel an orange: chef's life hack
A very simple and quick method

If you want to prepare a delicious and flavorful fruit salad, it is important to peel oranges and grapefruits properly. The best way to do this is to use the method used by chefs in restaurant kitchens.

To do this, do the following:

  1. Cut off the top and bottom of the orange or grapefruit so that it can be placed on a cutting board.
  2. Cut the peel off the fruit, moving from the top to the base. Try to cut off all the white part and the coarse film, which can be bitter in the salad.
  3. When you reach the base of the fruit, cut out pieces of it.

This method of peeling oranges and grapefruits allows you to get the cleanest and most flavorful pieces of fruit that will not spoil the taste of the salad.
