Perfect for fasting: a recipe for vegan mayonnaise

This mayonnaise recipe does not contain eggs, instead using aquafaba, the liquid from canned peas. One can of peas makes two servings of mayonnaise.
This mayonnaise has a pleasant flavor and aroma and is allowed during Lent. Even a beginner can handle its preparation. Schuba writes about it.
Ingredients:
- Aquafaba - 80 ml
- Refined sunflower oil - 200 ml
- Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
- Place the oil, mustard, and aquafaba in a blender glass.
- Put the blender blade on the bottom and blend without moving it until a thick emulsion is obtained.
- Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice, and whisk the mayonnaise until smooth.
